2. Services Provided

Mayfair Pest Control provides professional pest control and extermination services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial pest inspections
• Treatment and elimination of insects, rodents, and other pests
• Preventive pest control measures
• Ongoing maintenance and monitoring services
• Emergency pest control services

3. Service Agreements and Scheduling

All services are provided according to written agreements or work orders. Service schedules may be subject to change due to weather conditions, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, and invoicing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement. At this stage a $25 late payment fee is payable on non payment of invoice after agreed terms whether it be  7 days or monthly. Only regularly company invoiced clients receive a monthly term of invoice.
all normal residential clients are on  7 day invoicing. If you have any questions regarding the type of system you are in please contact us.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

We guarantee our work according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Our guarantee covers the effectiveness of our treatments within a reasonable timeframe, subject to proper maintenance and adherence to our recommendations.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and adequate access to treatment areas
• Following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Notifying us of any health conditions or sensitivities
• Maintaining sanitary conditions to support treatment effectiveness
• Securing pets and removing food items as directed

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

Important: Please notify us immediately of any concerns or issues with our services so we can address them promptly.

8. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. These are  10% of the cost of work to be carried out and added to any future bookings, otherwise payable without any future booking within 7 days.
